(5/5) I recently visited Rosendal on a pleasure trip and in the morning of the day of visit, I sat on my reading and distance progressive glasses and bent the frame and one of the glasses came off the frame. I came across Prima Optikk right at the location where the ferry docks at Rosendal, Norway. The optician/owner was extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and analyzed my glasses for a min and fixed my glasses. She also recommended a solution for the future to change my frame. She not only fixed my glasses and frame and made my day but also refused to take money for the quick repair stating that she doesn't charge for those services. I insisted and paid her for her timely services, especially when I could not read anything without my glasses and she was there at the right time and the right place to save my vacation. What a wonderful person she was! I strongly recommend visiting her store if you are in Rosendal, Norway 🇳🇴 and give her the business she deserves!
